Buztronics Canada (Buzline) manufactures and distributes a huge variety of LED promotional products. With a constantly changing and growing product line, they needed a site which could meet their expanding needs in order to service all their clients.
In order to remain time and cost effective, it was important they be able to do a lot of their site content editing themselves. A system that was easy to maintain and update with only basic computer skills was needed.
At the same time, it was imperative to provide a fresh, clean professional look as their original site(s) were feeling (and showing) their age. Easy navigation was also critical as their product line(s) are changing so frequently.
An added feature, as a real time saver for their clients, was the addition of a live help desk chat system between their clients and the company reps.
The MODx CMS system provided a very viable solution to meet their growing needs.
